"A Day With An Artist"

Picture
Our Grade 5 and 6 class had the awesome opportunity in the fall to meet with Mr. Les Noseworthy, a Newfoundland artist who has painted lighthouses all over the province and has works on display at Cape Spear.

The students worked together to paint the picture to the left which is proudly on display here at the office. Below are some more pictures from their trip.

Trading Books for Boats

This fall the grade 7 and 8s traded their books for boats for the day, as they went to Bonne Bay Marine Station and learned all about marine life, water testing and ROVs
